Don't let RA limit your routineLearn more now about a treatment that may help

Q: I'm on Evista and having terrible muscle spasms. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm using Evista as hormone therapy post breast cancer treatment.  It is supposed to be easier on joints and muscles than traditional therapy, but I've experience frequent muscle spasms in lower back which prevent me from getting out of bed right away many mornings.  I've tried stretches, acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments, heat, cold -- you name it -- and with very little success.  Once I "get going" in the morning it's not bad.  I'm on the verge of going off Evista and taking my chances.
