Does Actenel or Fosamax negatively effect cholesterol?

I have been on Fossamax since 2000. Since 2001 my HDL has been in a decline and from 2004 my LDL has been rising. Total cholesterol has been normal though. Have there been any issue with rising LDL and a lowering of HDL when on Fosamax or Actenel?I walk on a treadmill at least 4x's a week for 40...
