Hi di, welcome! this sure doesn't sound like osteoporosis. Do you have insurance? If so, you need to see a Dr. about this and makes sure you let him/her know what is going on. If you don't have insurance you could try the emergency room near you, but I'm not sure what they'll do.
Make a list of all your complaints, when they started, what you were doing, what makes the pain worse, and if anything helps to relieve it, if you've had any recent injuries. Once you have this information ready, make an appt with your Dr. or go to the emergency room (if without insurance).
When we see Drs we need to make the most of what little time they give us, so be super prepared. If you have any recent x-rays or other tests, take copies of the results with you. Also, have you been tested for different types of arthritis? If not, ask about this to. Osteoarthritis can cause this type of pain.
Good luck and I sure hope you find out what the cause is.
