Hi Joe:  Sorry you are having trouble with Actonel.  Please speak to a healthcare provider for more info on this, and the possible symptoms of depression. 

 

Here's a list of side effects on Actonel, that may help, you may also like to read the package insert that comes with the medication for a more detailed list of side effects.  Depression isn't listed in the common or adverse side effects, but there's always the possibility that something else could cause that unrelated to the medication, so talk to your Dr about it, and I'm sure he/she can help.
