what are some of the side effect of this treatment and do you think it worth it

Hi sissie, welcome and thanks for your question.  Because we are all extremely different and have different medical histories it would be impossible to tell you if this drug is right for you.  Many people take it and don't have side effects and then there are some that do, so it's impossible to say how you'd react.
