    Hi Vick:  No this board doesn't cost anything.  Go ahead and ask a question if you want there's no charge and plenty of great responders.  Among many unique features, are asking questions of the community members, experts, and the Doctors on staff.  I don't know too many boards that have these options to choose from which makes it nice and different.
