Hi Lu,   Thank you for your question! Bone pain is not a known side effect of Vitamin D. However, if you are experiencing pain in your bones, I would recommend contacting your doctor. There may be other medications that you're taking that could cause the bone pain, and your doctor should be able to help you determine what is causing the pain. Best of luck to you!   Casey
