Hi Easter,
I would contact Eli Lilly customer service, the telephone number is on the side of the pen box, and let them know how long your pen was out of the refrigerator and what the air temperature was during that time. They will have a recommendation for you.
Personally, if I left my pen out of the refrigerator that long I wouldn't use it because bacteria can grow quickly which you can't see until a later time when the medication looks cloudy.
When I had problems with my pen before I reported these to Eli Lilly and they provide me with a replacement pen. You might ask for this even if it means you are not on the medication for a few days.
