What careers are available for men with Kyphosis

My son suffered with cancer at the age of 6, Rhabdomyosarcoma of the liver. His treatments included chemotherapy and Radiation. About 2 years after the end of the treatments, he began to develope Kyphosis.We did take him to an Orthopedic surgeon who suggested ,that if not painful, to leave it...
