Hi Belinda:  Good question.  Have you looked into vocational rehab?  Since I don't know what type of insurance he has it's hard to say where you would look for this, but if he is considered disabled, there are vocational rehab facilities in all states that will train people to do a job suited to their disability.  I would start by asking his Dr what types of jobs would be good for him that wouldn't make his kyphosis worse.  Check your local county, state, and federal programs on vocational rehab.  Most of these programs are free provided you fit the requirements of each one individually.     Good Luck...
