Q: I have a kidney stone-should I have a Reclast treatment?

Thanks for your question. You should consult with your doctor about undergoing a Reclast treatment with kidney stones. The FDA label information for Reclast does not contain any specific warning for patients with kidney stones (or renal calculi), though it does say that the drug is not recommended for those with "renal impairment." (Section 5.3)
