Q: I had severe bone pain with Fosamax, Would Reclast do this to me too?

Thanks for sharing your excellent question. The short answer is: it's possible. All bisphosphonates (including Fosamax and Reclast) have the potential to cause this kind of pain. However, patients have been known to respond differently to different medications, so consult with your doctor to see whether he or she recommends trying another bisphosphonate or another type of medication altogether.
