Teenage Boy with T-Score -3.27

My son who is nearly 17 years old, weighs 100lbs. at 5'9" has just had a DEXA scan. His spinal T-Score was -2.58 and his hip T-Score was -3.27 These scores alarmed his Dr. who immediately took a series of blood tests. The calcium came back in the normal range, but the Vitamin D came back below...
