Q: I am taking monthly actonel for osteoporosis. In my third month I have back pain on the lower left s

side and can barely look down at my keyboard to write this without pain.

With achey muscles I don't feel like getting out to exercise as I should. Should I continue the actonel?

Hi inpain, welcome and thanks for your question.  I answered your question on another thread and I don't know if you saw it, so here's the link to it, and I hope it helps in giving you options that don't involve pain.

Good luck and post again if you need more help.
