Hi MLT:  I forgot to mention that Teva and Barr Pharmaceuticals are the companies making this generic version, and from what I can tell they are both US based co's.  To be sure about the inactive ingredients you could ask your pharmacist if they know or have a list of what's included in the medication.  I would be surprised if a contaminate could be in any of these drugs, but it's better to be safe than sorry, so I would ask for a complete list of ingredients which you may be able to get from the link at the FDA or your pharmacist.   I know I always worry about the generics, but my concern is usually whether or not there is some inactive ingredient in it that I'm allergic to, which can happen, but it can also happen with the brand names as well.  You always have to be diligent to check on things that you might be allergic to.   If you are going to take it, I hope all goes well, and feel there shouldn't be any problems.
