Q: 57 y.o female.. T score from my hip is -1.9 and lumbar : -2.1... am i close to osteoporosis?
Hi sunnyday..welcome. Your scores are pretty good. According to the WHO (World Health Organaization) the dividing line between osteopenia and osteoporosis is a t-score of -2.5. With your scores you have time to improve your density with supplements, a healthy diet and plenty of weight bearing exercise. take care...phyllis
