Hi Bone health welcome and thanks for your question.  I also take Evista (raloxifene) and the only thing I do is to be sure I get exercise and don't spend too much time sitting or lying down during the day.  As you know if you are planning any air plane travele or prolonged bed rest, you need to stop the med for several days, according to the package insert, before you get on the plane or have surgery because you could be sitting for hours on a plane or lying down after surgery.   You could also ask your Dr. about having clotting tests, but I would imagine they won't do that just to monitor you for the drug.  If you have pre-existing bleeding or clotting problems then you may be getting these tests already, but I'v never heard of an insurance paying for these to monitor Evista.  You should also ask your Dr. about your question on aspirin and see what he or she says.  Just be sure to not sit for prolonged times and if you have to, get up as often as possible and ideally every 15 and walk as long as you can within the situation that has you sitting.   Good luck and post again if you need more help.
