Hi rarnoff, welcome and thanks for your question.  I can give you an "approximate" price, but I don't know the actual amount.  If you have insurance your carrier should give you this info over the phone.  This drug isn't covered under your perscription benefits plan but it is covered under your medical/hospital coverage since it's administered at an infusion center and you don't get it filled at a pharmacy.  If you need help with the cost, be sure to check the link below with that info and more.
