Q: Community Member Annoucement

Good Evening...  We have a new area on our web site where you can have discussions with other community members about a different topic each week.  The new feature is "OsteoporosisConnections Question of the Week."  We hope this will give you one more way to share with others your concerns with osteoporosis treatments, offer advice, and tell us about your experiences with this bone disorder.

This week we have a question on tips you may have for increasing calcium into your diet, through foods you like high in calcium, or you can post your favorite high calcium recipe.  If you use a recipe from a printed source please mention the author and web site, or include recipes/tips for calcium rich foods you use on a daily basis.  Original recipes are great or those handed down from family members.

I'm sure you all have some great ideas on how to do this, so feel free to join the discussion at this link on our Home page.  We look forward to hearing from you on the various topics we'll be discussing today and in the future every week.

Drop by and share your thoughts to help us all in dealing with the various osteoporosis related issues.

Thanks and we hope to hear from you all!!
