Hi Pat:  I would discuss this with your mothers Dr. since her symptoms stop when she discontinues the rosehips.  I've never heard of this, but I'm not familiar with that type of supplement.  Talk to her Dr and see if there is some contraindication for these 2 things since I've never heard of it and you need an answer.  Supplements, like calcium and other vitamins can't be taken simultaneously with Actonel.  Is your mom taking this at the same time as the Actonel or hours later.  On the Actonel insert it says you must wait to eat, and take supplements at least 30 minutes after taking Actonel, unless she is taking the monthly dose then she would have to wait at least 60 minutes before eating, lying down, taking supplements (Rosehips) etc.  To be sure about this issue talk to her Dr.
