Hi LP, welcome and thanks for your question. Below is the World Health Organizations definition on t-scores.
Normal bone density: any score at or above -1.0
Osteopenia: any score between -1.0 and-2.5
Osteoporosis: any score at or below -2.5

Have your Dr. explain your t-score numbers to you so you'll understand what they mean. Both of your scores are in the osteoporosis range.
That's good you don't have a B12 deficiency, but you should have your vitamin D and calcium levels checked as well.
