Hi Lynne HR, welcome...The only requirement I'm aware of is that you have to wait one year in-between Reclast injections. However, if you are taking the twice yearly dose, then that would be given every 6 months. So if you took the yearly infusion you have to wait a year, and if you took the biannual dose you can get it twice a year.

Thanks. I thought it had to be at least a year. The hospital scheduled me for shortly less than a year after my previous treatment, and I couldn't reach anyone at Medicare who knew. I will change the appointment to a month later, because I don't want Medicare to refuse payment.
This will be my third time, and I've never had any side effects at all. On the other hand, I've had great improvement in my bone density. Someone told me to take a Tylenol before the injection, and that seems to have worked.
