Hi LLoy, welcome and thanks for the question.  With a t-score of -1.3,  you are in the osteopenia range, and being so young you have plenty of time to to improve your density without drugs.  Now is the time to up your calcium intake from both food and supplements and  start taking  vitamin D3.  You can also start a fitness program with both weight bearing (walking, jogging, anything where your feet strike the ground with each step) and weight training exercises.  The more active you are the better.  take care..phyllis
