I have fibromyalgia & no $. All I can do is walk. What should I do?

I don't have insurance, so no pain meds or bone meds. Most of the time, even walking is too painful, &/or too strenuos. I do try to get calcium & vitamin D. Is there any weight-bearing exercise I can do? Or anything else, under the circumstances?
