Hi David welcome and thanks for your question.  Forsteo is the trade name used by the European Commission for teriparatide (know as Forteo in the US).  There may be some other countries that use this spelling as well.   Sorry to hear about all your fractures!!  I hope you heal from them quickly.  I took Forteo and didn't get any pain relief or increased pain from it.  We all react differently to any medication so it's almost impossible to say what your experience would be.  I have talked to people that got some pain relief from Forteo/Forsteo and some who didn't.   You'll probably just have to give it a try and see what happens.  You could ask your Dr. if any of his/her patients got pain relief from this and see what is said.  I hope it does this for you but I couldn't promise it since we all react so differently.  BTW, I did really well on Forteo without any side effects, and the shot is really easy and rarely hurts.  Once your fractures start to heal you should have much less pain, and Forteo may speed the healing process some.   Good luck and if you have another question visit us again...
