Hi Want2stayhealthy, welcome and thanks for your question.  According to the information on Fosteum, you should take Calcium with it.  I would ask your pharmacist about the other supplements just in case there is something in one of those products that shouldn't be taken with Fosteum.   Here's a list of the side effects for Fosteum.  I've never taken Fosteum but I wouldn't think that you'd have the same side effects like those from Actonel since it's a totally different medication.  Fosteum is approved for those who are pre-menopausal so hopefully this will help you to increase you bmd.   Good luck with this and I hope you do well!
