I had hair loss after lumpectomy and radiation and after starting on Evista for post breast cancer therapy.  I blamed it on radiation, but could have been the Evista.  Dermatologist prescribed 25,000 mcg of biotin daily.  After about six months, hair started coming in thicker.  Good luck -- sorta adds insult to injury, doesn't it?  I'm at the osteoporosis site looking for answers about the possibility of Evista causing severe muscle spasms.
