Thank you for sharing your excellent question. I am glad progress has been made against the tumor and that you are also taking proactive care of your bone health. In addition to making sure your doctor knows your complete medical history and is aware of all the other medications you are taking, it is common for doctors to prescribe additional blood tests before conduction an infusion of Reclast (to check levels of blood calcium, kidney function and other health factors). Before the infusion, it is also important to drink plenty of water and ask your doctor what you should do if you develop common side effects related to Reclast (such as flu-like symptoms.) Good luck!
