I had the reclast infusion yesterday. My bones hurt tremendously , especially my arthritic hands.

I can't even hold a coffee cup or type, my husband is doing this for me. I have difficulty even pulling up my pants. Does the drug infuse bones and possibly calcium deposits such as arthritic areas?
