Should I stop taking Actonel since my T-score is worse?

My T-score is lower(from -1.9 to-2.4) in my hip since I started taking Actonel.I have been taking it for 3 years now. Should I continue taking it or stop and look for alternatives?

Osteoporosis, low Vitamin D & thyroid problems

Bone Density Test Centers Should Give Preventative Advice

Information for men?

Why isn't there more information for men who may be dealing with osteoporosis? I feel like all I see available is advice tailored for women - I'm curious if anyone knows of good resouces specifically for men.
