Researchers say brisk walking could reverse the severe bone loss associated with a common prostate cancer therapy. In a small study of prostate cancer patients undergoing androgen deprivation therapy and radiation, scientists found that patients who walked at a rapid pace for 30 minutes five days a week for eight weeks gained bone density, while those who didn't exercise lost bone mass.
