One-third of Americans are Vitamin D Deficient: Report

A new study reveals that one third of Americans don't get enough Vitamin D. The report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that that third had inadequate or deficient levels--a factor that could put bones at risk. Researchers say other conditions linked to low vitamin D include diabetes, Parkinson's disease, and certain heart outcomes.
