ABOUT ME:

I'm in my 30's and I'm living with BPD. I quit my job a year ago to take care of myself, started a business, and am in therapy. For all the strides I've made, I'm starting to see what my triggers are. Right now my focus is my self esteem and my focus issues. Completing a job from start to finish in a timely matter is still a challenge. I do believe brighter days are ahead.
