ABOUT ME:

My husband is a non-war time veteran of the early to mid-70's. He was attached to a unit that spent time out in the Enewetok Atoll in the Pacific. This is where a lot of the nuclear testing was done back in the 40's/50's. He was a dustoff medic for the guys that were doing the clean-up of the Marshall Islands. While there, he was exposed to high doses of radiation. He suffers from many health problems and we have been fighting to get his disability put through, for over 18 years! I'm trying to find out all I can, about his conditions, that the doctors are not telling us at all, or are not explaining to us very well.
