I first got ill at age 14. My current diagnosis is schizoaffective disorder. I am a writer and artist and give talks about my own recovery journey.

 

I'm the author of "My Schizophrenic Life: The Road to Recovery from Mental Illness" a memoir about my struggles, insights and gradual progress to wellness.
