Eating healthy. Walking. Trying to get back into yoga and Tai Chi which I have done before and find VERY helpful to slow my mind down.DRUGS I AM TAKING:

Diagnosed at age 45. Also have rheumatoid arthritis and chronic neck pain (after a fusion and 2 accidents after that). Don't like taking any medication especially as many as I am on. I have 3 sons, 1 who is bipolar 1. Involved in educating others by teaching NAMI classes and giving lectures to school professionals to educate that bipolar CAN and DOES occur in children. Enjoy outdoor activities. Scrapbooking. My dogs (Labradors). That's it I guess.
