No relief

Like I said before. I don't expect a miracle cure or immediate pain relief, but I have been taking my medication exactly as I was told (2x a day), trying to keep clean and whatever else I can think of and I am getting NO relief...... I was recently diagnosed with herpes. I am in the middle of an outbreak right now and at the moment I find it unbearable.
