ABOUT ME:

I am on the Guaifenesin protocol created by Paul St. Amand,M.D. who has written the book, What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Fibromyalgia. My mother had FMS, my daughter has it. My goal is to remove as many symptoms as possible enabling me to put more joy back in my life. The protocol is working for both my daughter and myself. I am so grateful to Dr. St. Amand who has taught me why I have so many screwy, seemingly unrelated symptoms, that I share my time with others who are suffering with Fibromyalgia. I help them learn the protocol. In return, I ask only that each person I help then helps someone else learn how to erase their symptoms. It's a "pay it forward" type of thing.
