      <title>Cravings!</title>
      <description>I am 5'2&quot; &amp;amp; 115 pounds. I am not overweight&amp;nbsp;but I could use some toning up, I'm not very happy with my body! It seems like I fail at every diet, no matter what. I have a crazy sweet tooth and I easily give in to junk! What can I eat or do to prevent myself from doing so? Willpower just doesnt seem to work :(</description>
