Today is my birthday, and my gift is my daughter sleeping under my roof. She is now going to college and has her own apartment, but she came home for the weekend. I have learned to be grateful and realize how weak we are on our own. I have heard people speak of having handicapped children, mentally retarded etc and how they say " I would'nt trade them for anything" and never understood why. I do now.
