My 13 y/o son has RA

My question is. My son has been on Methotrexate since March. He gets VERY bad stomach acid and vomits alot. He actually has stomach acid come out his nose frequently. Have any of you had this experience. I am at a loss. I wish there was something I could do to help him with his side affects. He take 1mg folic acid daily and he takes nexium. It does not seem to be helping. Any input would be appreciated.
