ABOUT ME:

I'm a psychotherapist and addiction counselor with a history of a serious sugar/food addiction and mood disorder. My dramatic recovery has brought about so much gratitude within myself and I love serving others using the mindfulness approach. I use the methods developed by Shinzen Young since I have found them to be very powerful. I've seen the methods work so well for myself as well as people with all kinds of emotional and physical suffering. I presently offer an Introduction to Mindfulness tele-seminar one time per month and offer a Break Out of The Sugar Prison Tele-Support group several times per month. I consult with people over the phone and I maintain a private practice in Boulder and Niwot Colorado. My book, Break Out Of The Sugar Prison is available at my website, www.MindfulnessNow.com I find it so exciting to share with others through HealthCentral.com, knowing the possibility of benefitting others.
