Anyone out there diagnosed with pagcl?
I lost all of the cartilage in my shoulder when I was 28, I am now 35 and in pain all the time. I am looking into getting a resufacing surgery, but the doctor is hesitant to do it yet because of my age. This will be my fourth surgery and I would much rather avoiding another one if at all possible.
