Tolerance to meds

Can someone please help? I have been diagnosed with Lupus SLE, Fibromyalgia, IBS, MVP, among other things. I have been taking Lortab 10/500 swapped with Norco 10/325 6-8 times a day for over 4 years. What can I take when 8 Lortab 10s a day doesn't work

I dont know what to do. I have been taking 8 lortab 10s a day for 3 yrs and it is no longer working. Any suggestions? I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia the first for 5 years and the latter for 13
