other people frustrate me

I know I'm tired of being in pain ALL the time... but it sucks that the people around me are "over it" as well. The comment in passing "dang, my head is starting to hurt, let me take something now..." I get from my (usually wonderful and loving husband) is "you ALWAYS have a headache! The nurses at my job are very condescending.... Oh, honey, you just need to see a doctor and get your medical issues cleared up, nursing school is...

what works for me

The gel packs for womens eyes (to reduce puffiness): ...

i tried head on

As you all probably have; I've been a test monkey for the drug companies (or at least it feels that way). I want to tell you though, I did try the "head on" product. Yes, those irritating commercials; however, when the migraine is starting with a tension headache, that stuff helps. It seems to numb almost like a topical analgesic and it's not greasy. Just an FYI
