Right now, I feel that if I lost weight, I'd be able to get around better -- a lot better. But losing weight can be quite difficult without sufficient exercise. I can only walk a couple of blocks. I am 6' and weigh 220. I carry it well I guess, but if I could lose a ton or two, I real feel that I'd be able to get around. I live in downtown Chicago and I'd rather be able to walk farther than I do. Any advice is more than welcome. MattyPHOTOS:
