Healthy Lifestyle

Okay, so I fell off the wagon over the weekend, indulging in German Chocolate Cake, and ugh, even worse, chips from a bag -- oh yeah, and a creme brulee. I should have known better; since without a doubt, I always feel totally better when I eat natural foods, and from as close to the earth as possible.

I am back on the wagon today, oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast, and 1 hour of exercise. Wow, I am empowered.

Lifestyle and MS

I am trying to manage my MS with changes in diet and exercise. Okay, I do shoot up with Copaxone, but I think I have done well on a Swank Diet-kinda- regimin. I exercise, but not enough to lose the weight I want to. I eat the right things for the most part, but alas, must I starve to lose some weight?
