      <title>want to lose more</title>
      <description>hello my name is sloan. when i was in high school i weighed 320 lbs im now 24 years old and I weigh 195 lbs. i lost well over 100 lbs im very proud of that and im not complaining at all its just that i really want to get down to 180. im 6''2 and i run alot i mean alot. I also lift alot of weights. I can run about a mile in 6:15 and can run 5 miles in about 36 minutes. i can bench my weight 10 times. what do i have to do to lose 15-20 more...</description>
