      <title>Q: body over heating/turning red and rash like swelling</title>
      <description>Hey lately i've been getting really painful prickly feelings in my body when I work out or get too hot, and when this happens my body turns red like flushing and the cells on your arm that causes goose bumps swell and makes it look like you have a rash.
