For four years after being diagnosed with RA I kept hearing "your sed rate is not elevated." I have a blood disorder and it's in my chart. Well I researched online and guess what? A sed rate cannot be done on a patient with spherocytosis because it will give a false reading. Of course it will but why didn't anyone else know... Read more
